Most of us just enjoy a glass of delicious Nectar of Transylvania, but some are really excited about the making of process.

Last week, the Simacek team from all over the country visited us during the harvest of Muscat Ottonel. After a breakfast of champions, we headed together to the vineyards, where our engineer Ionuț Dumitraș introduced our guests to the harvesting work. Picking the grapes was followed by carefully laying them on straw mats, where they slowly dehydrate, while the winemaking process was explained by our oenologist, Laurent Dubreuill. After the hard work, it was time for the reward: a wine tasting on top of Batos, held by our colleague Cristina Tana.
