Winemaking – the first fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks and the second fermentation was done in the traditional method in the bottle. The wine was kept on lees for 30 months.
This is an overdaring sparkling with a pale yellow colour obtained through the second fermentation in the bottle of the varieties Fetească Albă and Chardonnay varieties. The floral aromas, honey and fresh lemon tart are perfectly complemented by the intense citrus taste and apple tint. The aftertaste is elegant, balanced with green citrus notes.
